Here is the crew of Country Estate Crafters, LLC setting some tall posts to support the 10-foot tall woven wire deer fence that is going in a Jupiter Farm in Mebane. The fence will be 9 feet above ground with the other foot flat to the ground to minimize rodents digging under.

Among several fence types, we are in the process of constructing a 4-board wood fence along the frontage of Dickey Mill Rd at Jupiter Farm in Mebane for Jed Ross.
Delivered some of the fencing materials to Jed Ross’s Jupiter Farm ( www.jupiterfarmnc.com )today. Some 10-foot tall woven wire deer fence for this garden plot. We will begin construction soon. Also dropped my disc harrows by his place so he can till up his garden.
I dropped off the double plow at Jed’s the other day and he is plowing up his garden area with his new tractor. Soon I will build a 10 foot tall woven wire wildlife fence around the garden.

The french drains, surface gravel, drainage swales, and other piping is in place in the tractor path drainage project. Rough grading is also done. Now time for a rain to see the water gurgle out the downhill side. Once this dries the area out, it is time to get the heavy fertilizer truck to pass through, which was the goal of the project.
